With 46 ports of call in 17 countries, Crystal's 106-day Pacific region cruise promises to be one of its most diverse voyages yet. You'll sail from the aquamarine waters of Polynesia to the exotic flavors and cultures of Asia to the rugged glacial beauty of Alaska. Enjoy overnights in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, China and Japan, and maiden calls in Rangiroa, French Polynesia; Napier, New Zealand; Komodo, Indonesia; Sihanoukville, Cambodia; and Petropavlovsk, Russia.

You'll visit island paradises such as Nuku Hiva with its lush green hills and black- and white-sand beaches; Moorea, where pineapple, vanilla and coffee plantations thrive; and Papeete, the vibrant capital of French Polynesia. The Crystal Serenity also calls at Suva, the largest of the 800-plus islands that comprise Fiji. After exploring several New Zealand destinations -- including Auckland, Wellington and scenic Milford Sound -- you'll spend time in Australia, starting with cosmopolitan Sydney and later Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Fremantle.

You'll have an opportunity to view fearsome komodo dragons on the Indonesian island of Komodo, and ancient temples and jungle-shrouded volcanoes in Bali. Singapore blends sparkling modernity with influences from throughout Asia, while the Thai capital of Bangkok is characterized by ornate temples and shrines and a maze of canals.

An extended stay in Ho Chi Minh offers insight into Vietnam's eventful past, followed soon by three days in bustling Hong Kong, where traditional Chinese culture meets Western-style commerce. In Shanghai, stroll the waterfront promenade known as the Bund or visit the Jade Buddha Temple and tranquil Yuyuan Garden.

Spend eight days immersed in the intriguing culture of Japan during visits to cities such as Nagasaki, Osaka and Tokyo, and learn about the gold rush history and amazing wildlife of Alaska while in Kodiak, Seward, Glacier Bay and Ketchikan. The voyage wraps up with visits to British Columbia's Vancouver, set amid a gorgeous landscape of water and emerald-green mountains, and Victoria, which has a distinctly British character. San Francisco is your last stop before your ship pulls into Los Angeles.
